- What are your business hours?
- We are open Monday thru Friday 8:00am – 5pm, Saturday 8am-2pm and we are closed on Sunday.
- Do you deliver?
- Yes, we will deliver for an additional fee. Items will be delivered to front of facility or loading dock. We do not deliver inside. Special needs may be provided at additional cost. Arrangement must be made in advance.
- Can I pick-up my items?
- Absolutely, your items can be picked-up during regular business hours for no additional cost.
- Can I change my order?
- We will do our best to accommodate all changes, but no changes to order will be accepted 2 days before order is to picked-up or delivered.
- Do you set-up and take-down?
- Set-up and Take-down of your event is available for an additional fee and must be arranged prior to your event.
- Do I have to wash the items before they are returned?
- China/Glassware – All items should be rinsed and put back into the containers they were delivered in. This also helps track any missing items. Additional fees may be incurred if not returned properly
- Linens – Do not wash linens. Shake linens off and collect together. Any damages to the linens such as, but not limited to, severe stains, candle wax, chocolate, mildew, rips/tears and/or burn holes while in renters care will be subject to pay a cleaning and/or replacement fee. The cleaning fee is $10 per cloth. The replacement fee is five times the rental rate. Never put wet linens into a plastic bag
- What is your reservation policy?
- We will gladly reserve your items with a credit card. Make your reservation as soon as possible.
- What type of payment do you accept?
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Checks and Cash. For our corporate clients, we also accept American Express.
- What is you cancellation policy?
- We understand that things happen, but for a full refund, any cancellations must be received 2 business days before pick-up/delivery.
- What happens if something is broken or missing?
- You are responsible for the items until they are returned. You will be charged replacement cost for any broken or missing items.
