We know all events are not created equal so to ensure you reserve the best equipment for your event, our team is happy to come meet at your event site and dial in the details of your occasion. Will Call
A R Events is open for Will Call pickup and return 5 days a week at our warehouse locations. Our Will Call department is open between 9am until 12 noon during regular business hours and ready to serve you with a skilled and friendly staff to help load and unload your order at the time of pickup and drop off.
Set Up Options
Upon delivery and pickup, our delivery and installation members can setup and breakdown your rental items to help make your event smoother and stress free. Pricing varies based on the item. This service must be arranged prior to your delivery or pickup to ensure ample time ensuring our delivery members are able to accommodate. We look forward to helping you with set up for your next event.

Our standard banquet tables, round tables, and other folding tables are perfect for any event. A R Event Rentals currently offers delivery service to Loudoun, Fairfax, and Prince Williams, counties, as well as Washington DC and throughout the greater Northern Virginia Area.
